ACADEMIC

Lecturer (Part-Time); School of Psychology

Job Responsibilities

Successful candidates will form the lecturing team for the College’s School of Psychology. Working closely with the Head of the School, the candidates are tasked to deliver and manage the modules they are responsible for in an ethical and professional manner.

Job Requirements

Interested applicants should consider the following requirements before applying:

  • A Master’s Degree in Psychology with at least 3 years of experience in related field
  • Able to communicate and engage with learners of different age groups and backgrounds
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills are an advantage
  • Applicants will be invited to present a demonstration lecture
  • Applicants must be able to deliver at least one of the following modules:
      1. Research Methodology,
      2. Cognitive Psychology,
      3. Social Psychology,
      4. Industrial and Organisational Psychology,
      5. Abnormal Psychology,
      6. Biological Psychology,
      7. Health Psychology

  • Successful candidates must be able to lecture in the evenings of Wednesdays and Fridays

    Lecturer (Part-Time); School of Education

    Job Responsibilities

    Job Requirements

    Interested applicants should consider the following requirements before applying:

    • a Master’s Degree in Special Education
    • be a Qualified Educational Psychologist
    • must have experience working with children with Special Needs (i.e., Autism, ADHD/ADD)
    • Work experience in the industry of 5 years or more will be an advantage
    • Excellent presentation and communication skills
    • Applicants will be invited to present a demonstration lecture
    • Applicants must be able to deliver at least one of the following modules:
        1. Introduction to Special Education & Psychology of Exceptional Children,
        2. Diagnosis, Assessment & Referral of Exceptional Children,
        3. Autism Spectrum Disorders,
        4. Attention Deficit Disorders,
        5. Behaviour & Classroom Management,
        6. Individual Educational Plan (IEP) & Intervention Strategies

    • Successful candidates must be able to lecture in the evenings of either Monday, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and/or Thursdays

    NON-ACADEMIC

    Accounts Executive

    Job Responsibilities

    • Handling full sets of accounts (AR/AP/GL)
    • Filing and submission of taxes and payments, including GST
    • Perform and review month-end closing of accounts
    • Any other account, finance, and administrative duties as assigned

    Job Requirements

    Interested applicants should consider the following requirements before applying:

    • Degree/Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent with at least 2 years’ experience handling full set of accounts
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and MYOB
    • Knowledge in GST compliance and CPF regulations
    • Detailed-oriented, independent, meticulous and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
    • Team player with strong written communication skills

      Programme Executive

      Job Responsibilities

      • Deliver programme presentation effectively
      • Marketing and Promotion of the programme
      • Students’ admission, orientation and administration
      • Communicating and managing lecturers, and partner organisations and universities
      • Programme management including planning and scheduling of classes
      • Supporting organisation’s marketing efforts

      Job Requirements

      Interested applicants should consider the following requirements before applying:

      • Certificate, Diploma/Advanced Diploma or Degree in any discipline
      • A team player with strong communication and presentation skills
      • Strong spoken and written English
      • Pleasant personality and able to communicate well with all levels of people
